1. Who we are
A3H.ai (“A3H”, “we”, “us”) provides launch coordination, AI tooling, and offshore operating support to global founders setting up US companies.
2. What we do
- Coordinate Delaware / Wyoming entity formation
- Coordinate EIN, registered agent, and US banking onboarding
- Guide Stripe and payment processor applications
- Set up AI tooling, automations, and operating systems for the business
- Provide offshore operating support hours under Operate / Scale tiers
3. What we are not
A3H is not a law firm, a CPA firm, an investment adviser, or a bank. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Where those services are required, we refer clients to vetted third-party partners — and we disclose any referral relationships.
4. No guarantee of approval
Bank account openings, Stripe approvals, and government filings are decisions made by third parties. We optimize the application and documentation, but we cannot and do not guarantee approval of any third-party service.
5. Fees and refunds
Setup fees are payable in advance. State filing fees, registered agent fees, EIN fees, and similar third-party costs are passed through at cost. Monthly retainer tiers are billed monthly with no minimum term and may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice. Refunds for completed setup work are not available; partial refunds for unstarted scope are at our discretion.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except (a) those needed to deliver the service (e.g. registered agents, banks, Stripe), (b) where required by law, or (c) where the client has given explicit consent.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees paid to A3H by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party providers, government actions, or matters outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
