What we collect and why.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you submit via waitlist, contact, or founder application forms — name, email, company, country.
• Application context you provide voluntarily — stage, timeline, package interest, goals.
• Engagement data required to deliver service — entity details, founder identity documents, banking and Stripe application data.
• Server logs from Cloudflare Workers — IP address, user agent, request timing. Retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or application
• To deliver the service you have engaged us for
• To coordinate with third-party providers (registered agent, banks, Stripe) on your behalf
• To send service emails and important account notifications
• To detect and prevent abuse of our forms and APIs

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except those strictly necessary to deliver the service or where required by law.

3. Where data is stored

Form submissions are processed on Cloudflare’s global network. Notification emails are delivered via Resend. Engagement records are kept in our internal CRM. Sub-processors are listed by request.

4. Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses minimal analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add product analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out controls.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@a3h.ai. We aim to respond within 14 days. Some records (engagement files, tax-relevant correspondence) may be retained as required by US or local law even after a deletion request.

6. Children

A3H.ai is a B2B service for founders. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
